Medical Facility Custodial Services, Naval Submarine Base New London, Groton CT

Sole Source Award under the 8(a) program This contract is to provide custodial services related to the cleaning of the medical facilities at Naval Submarine Base New London in Groton, CT. Custodial requirements consist mainly of services that ensure the cleanliness of working environments. The contract is comprised of a base period (12-months) and two (12-months) option periods, for a total period of performance of 36 months, and includes recurring (FFP) and non-recurring (IDIQ) CLINS. The ordering period will be from 1 October 2024 through the contract completion date 30 September 2027. The contract is awarded as a fixed-price, 8(a) sole source award (not competed). The minimum guarantee for the contract is the recurring services for the base period. The minimum guarantee will be obligated with the first task order.
