Seal Coating for Lac Qui Parle Project Parking Lots in Watson, MN for USACE-St. Paul District.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District located in St. Paul, MN is soliciting quotes for the Seal Coating Parking Lots at Lac Qui Parle Dam Recreation Areas, and Lac Qui Parle Project Office in Watson, MN. The contractor shall supply equipment, labor, all materials and transportation required to seal coat two (2) parking lots located at Lac Qui Parle Dam Recreation Area and one (1) parking lot at Lac Qui Parle Project Office in Watson, MN. Total square yards for the three (3) parking lots is 5,500 square yards. Contractor will clean and prep the parking lot areas prior to placement of coating using mechanized equipment. Contractor will apply CRS2P at .32 per square yard and FA2 crushed granite at 25# per square yard. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction by the State of Minnesota. On-site visits from interested contractors are welcomed and encouraged. The project will be performed at the Lac Qui Parle Project, located at 9055 1st Street West, in Watson, MN. This solicitation #W912ES-15-T-0174 is issued as 100% small business (SB) set-aside in accordance with FAR Part 19. Line Item 0001 is for the total cost of the seal coating project. The Scope of Work is included with a map of the parking lot areas as a separate attachment. The wage determination is included in the back of the solicitation. This project must be completed by 31 October 2015. The resultant contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract. The associated NAICS code is 237310 with a size standard of $36.5 million.
