The Corrective Action that the Government took resulted in a new award decision, and completed on 10 August 2021. No subsequent protest has been filed. SYNOPSIS of AWARD: Army Contracting Command – Rock Island hereby awards contract W52P1J-21-D-0012 from solicitation W52P1J-19-R-0134 as a Cost plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract to GP Strategies Corporation (CAGE 64825). This contract was awarded as a CPFF as this was determined to be most suitable. This contract is awarded to support the following requirement: The Recovered Chemical Materiel Directorate, under Chemical Materiel Activity, has a requirement for Life Cycle Logistics Support and Chemical Demilitarization Training Facility Operation and Maintenance to facilitate the mission of the Chemical Materiel Training Facility, located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, and specific support for other Government organizations. NOTE: This contract is awarded with NAICS 541990 and PSC R499, whereas the referenced solicitation used NAICS 611710 and PSC U099.
