R410 - HPO Technical Assistance and Strategic Planning Support (VA-23-00027579)

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Homeless Program Office has a requirement Technical Assistance & Strategic Planning Support. The services required of the Contractor shall support the purpose of this requirement, which is to make homeless Veterans, at-risk Veterans, and people who are likely to encounter Veterans who lack stable housing aware of VA’s: • homeless prevention programs • rapid rehousing programs • transitional housing programs • justice outreach programs • case management • supportive employment programs • and other resources The following services will be required: • Community Initiative Direct Coaching, Cohorts and HPO Support • VA Policy Review and Recommendations • Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) Support • VA Strategic Plan Implementation Support See attached J&A
