NIDA IRP Outreach & Community Partnership Services for Participant Recruitment

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PROPOSALS. On September 23, 2019; in response to the requirements of Solicitation 75N95020Q00126 / NIDA Ref No.: N02DA-20-9005, the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) awarded a Purchase Order No. 75N95020P00687 to Hope Health Systems, Inc. for Grassroots Outreach and Community Partnership Services for Participant Recruitment at the NIDA IRP Clinical Program. NIDA anticipates the use of Options and Options Quantities with an ultimate Period of Performance of three (3) years. An award shall be made on a Time and Material / Labor Hours basis with an ultimate not-to-exceed cost ceiling of $2,009,747. Funding in the amount of $150,000 shall be obligated to fully fund the base period of performance.
