The purpose of this Task Order is to support of the Office of Cyber Assessments and Data Analytics (CADA) to provide strategy, policy, procurement, change management, communications, analytical, evaluation, risk assessment, and administrative (hereafter strategy, policy, and assessment) advisory services to CADA in support of its efforts with its OIG and DOE partners to improve the integrity and management excellent of the DOE’s programs and operations.
