USAID Bureau for Europe and Eurasia (E&E) - Award Notice for Cybersecurity Protection and Response (CPR)

The Cybersecurity Protection and Response (CPR) activity was awarded under a GSA Schedule using FAR 8.4 procedures. The CPR is a Time and Materilas (T&M) contract type. The objective of the Cybersecurity Protection and Response (CPR) activity is to improve the cybersecurity capabilities of the host government's most critical civilian infrastructure assets (e.g., telecommunications, energy, water, finance, health) to withstand or overcome increasing attacks on its infrastructure in the E&E region.
