Q301--Phlebotomy Healthcare Services

Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10 intends to solicit quotes from companies to provide phlebotomy healthcare services to the eligible beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs, Richard L Roudebush VAMC. The immediate need is for four (4) phlebotomists (with a growth potential up to seven (7) phlebotomists) and one (1) phlebotomy supervisor to provide services necessary to perform onsite specimen collection, processing and limited point of care testing services. Services shall be provided on-site at the Veteran Health Indiana, 557 Pitt Road, Brownsburg, IN 46112. The period of performance will be 9/15/2021 9/14/2026 NAICS Code 621511 applies with size standard of $35 Million. This acquisition will be conducted using the procedures in FAR Parts 12 and 13. This is a total set-aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small business concerns (SDVOSB s). The solicitation will be available on or after March 15, 2021 with an anticipated due date of April 15, 2021.
