Scrubbers and Burners Maintenance

Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) awarded this fixed price contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1) and in accordance with FAR 6.302-2, Only One Responsible Source. This fixed price supply contract was awarded to Cepeda Associates, Inc. to inspect, maintain, and repair #1 and #2 scrubbers and #1 and #2 burners. Competition was limited to Cepeda Assoiates, Inc., as they are the known source for this requirement. J&A 020147 further documents the rationale for other than full and open competition.
