Operations and Mechanical Maintenance Services - Hruska Courthouse and Zorinsky Federal Building - Omaha, NE

The Contractor must provide all administration, management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, repair parts, tools and equipment; and must plan, schedule, coordinate, inspect and ensure effective and economical completion of all work and services specified for the operation, maintenance and repair of the building(s), equipment and related services specified in this contract for the Roman L. Hruska U.S. Courthouse and Edward Zorinsky Federal Buildings and all equipment, electrical and mechanical systems, structures, architectural finishes, and utilities, located on, within, or beneath, this facility’s interior and exterior extending to the legal property line, except as otherwise noted for the Zorinsky Building in section C.2.21. Elevator Maintenance Services are excluded from the scope of work. Subcontracting for qualified Fire Alarm maintenance and Remote Monitoring services and 3rd party Pressure Vessel and Roof Anchor. PM Inspections are required of the O&M contractor
