Cited Mesa Laboratories, Inc. has the sole intellectual property rights of AmegaView systems. AmegaView system, is already installed in Womack Army Medical Center purchased under contract (W91YTZ19P0327) that included a 1 year warranty. AmegaView system is used to calibrate all of Womack Army Medical Center campus and outlying clinics refrigerator, gateways, input control panels batteries and freezer equipment. Without the proper hardware, firmware, and technical support, can affective the life of vaccines and other medical products. If there is system failure due to maintenance and technical support it can directly affect patient care and the financial bottom line of the medical center. If these products are lost or ineffective to due to improper storage and temperatures due to the lack of maintenance and monitoring of these supplies patient care will be greatly diminished.
