Wounded Warrior Regiment Call Center Support

This requirement provides outreach and support to the United States Marine Corps Recovery Care Program (RCP) and is a vehicle the Wounded Warrior Regiment will use to meet its mission of enabling non-medical care to combat and non-combat WII Marines, Sailors attached to Marine units, and their family members. The RCP’s Sergeant Merlin German, Wounded Warrior Call Center (WWCC) supports the WWR core mission and is the primary source of contact for WII Marines and their family members to request and obtain appropriate assistance from the Marine Corps’ WWR. Assistance includes case management, advocacy, resource identification, referral, information distribution, and care coordination services. Assistance is provided via phone calls, emails, text messages, and social media by Customer Care Representatives (CCR) and Non-Medical Case Managers (NMCM) located at the WWCC and satellite Contact Centers at Camp Lejeune, NC and Camp Pendleton CA, and by the Field Service Representatives (FSR).
