Lowest Price Technically Acceptable - Small Business set-aside firm-fixed-price. Activities could involve hand cutting (with a chain saw or brush cutter) Eastern red cedar, hardwoods and brush with herbicide treatment. Mechanical treatments of nuisance aquatic vegetation. (ex. Cattails) and removal of excess sediment on 20 ponds approximately 1/4 acre or less, many of them are only 1/10th of an acre, all ponds will need work, some may not require all the work mentioned. The Houston/Rolla Ranger District will have 11 ponds and Ava/Cassville/Willow Springs Ranger District will have 8 ponds on the Willow Springs Unit. Depending on crew size and amount of work at each pond, work could last from 20-40 days.
