Rogue Blue Software Help Desk

Non-competitive 8(a) sole source award of contract to provide Rogue Blue Software (RBS) with client computer support, herein referenced to as RBS Help Desk Support. Contract supports AFLCMC/HBC's stand-up of the Rogue Blue Software Development Factory (RBSDF) in Building 500 at Offutt AFB. To fulfill logistical needs related to the stand-up and continued operation of the factory, this contract establishes an IT Help Desk Services function with operational support to address customer requests for client desktop and access services covering approximately 200 user clients. This requirement has the potential to expand to 300 clients during the period of performance. This function will require Contractor Help Desk Specialists assigned to perform essential desktop client and network support. Contract is awarded with a one (1) year base period and and two (2) one (1) year options.
