Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Data Center and Cloud Optimization (DCCO) Support Services

An Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract 70RTAC21D00000006 was awarded to Perspecta Engineering Inc. on September 29, 2021 for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Data Center and Cloud Optimization (DCCO) Support Services. The ordering period of performance is 10-years consisting of a 5-year base, (1) 3-year option, and (1) 2-year option. The maximum ceiling value of the IDIQ contract is $2,685,000,000.00. The IDIQ contract was award in accordance with FAR 12.603, Streamlined Solicitation for Commercial Items, Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Procedures. The scope of the IDIQ contract is to provide information technology services to manage and operate the DHS Hybrid Computing Environment (HCE). The HCE is a collection of enterprise computing resources including a data center, colocation sites, and commercial and private cloud services. In addition, DHS will acquire associated professional services to automate, optimize, and modernize the HCE.
