Air Force Technical Applications Center Nuclear Data Evaluation Services (NDES) IV

The Air Force Technical Applications Center awarded a contract to provide Nuclear Data Evaluation Services, a suite of software and hardware systems developed to manage sample logistics and analytical information of nuclear laboratory materials. The contract was solicited competively and included both Firm Fixed Price and Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) line items. CPFF lines were utilized to enable Rearch and Development for system improvements over time while balancing the risk to contractor and government.
