T-DOC

T-DOC Floating admin module and Platinum T-DOC Service & Support Agreement. The required software/hardware is a renewal of the Getinge T-DOC system already in place at WAMC. This renewal will allow for the continued tracking of sterilization, packaging, and issuing of surgical equipment. The software is proprietary to Getinge USA Sales, Inc. If award of the contract is made to a different contractor, the contractor would have to install a brand new system that must be evaluated and approved by the Information Management Division before it can be added to WAMC servers, or interface with WAMC systems. Without this software/hardware renewal delays in locating the requested instrument sets will result in delay of care, cancellation of procedures or possible death of patient in the event of emergencies.
