Limited Sources Justification - Foundation GEOINT CDT - ECP 02

The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) awarded contract modification P00006 for the Foundation GEOINT CDT task order on 08/27/2020. The modification was supported by a Limited Sources Justification under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(C) which is attached to this notice. This modification definitized Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) 02 with a value of $5.29M. ECP02 added two (2) Foundation Surge Core Delivery Teams (CDT) (to include a total of 10 FTE) to the existing Foundation GEOINT CDT GSA T&M task order. This procurement provides experienced IT professionals to assist NGA with the design, development, and deployment of major computer networks and applications. Personnel under this contract have demonstrated experience and expertise in the development, deployment, integration, operation, and sustainment of capabilities that provide for production, exploitation and dissemination of Foundation GEOINT. Developers are experienced in providing geospatial capabilities for Land, Air & Water, Geomatics, and Human & Political Geography.
