Description
Headquarters Air Mobility Command (AMC) A6 requires a VDI Assessment. The purpose of this requirement is to obtain Contractor support to perform a thorough desktop and network assessment on the Air Force Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet) at Scott Air Force Base (AFB) in preparation for an upcoming Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) installation. This desktop and network assessment is the start of a phased approach AMC/A6 will take in implementing VDI across Scott AFB. The final assessment report will provide AMC/A6 with the required data needed to accomplish a successful VDI implementation. This contract was awarded as an 8(a) sole source in accordance with FAR 19.808-1.
