Type C Architect-Engineer Services during Construction Repairs on Hangar 25 at the Montana Air National Guard

The Montana Air National Guard located in Great Falls, MT, requires a construction project to Repair Maintenance Hangar Building 25. This contracts provides Architect-Engineer (A-E) Type “C” services for construction contract administration for the Repair Maintenance Hangar Building 25. Type “C” services include documenting and providing answers to contractor’s requests for information, submittals, attendance and records at progress meetings, review of lab results, preparation of as-built drawings, and a number of site visits to inspect the building during construction to ensure the construction contractor is following the design.
