Assessment of Potential Treatments to Treat Drug-induced Respiratory Depression and Overdose Toxicity

NOTICE OF AWARD. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PROPOSALS. On September 20, 2022; in response to the requirements of Solicitation 75N95022R00012, the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) awarded an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract No. 75N95022D00019 to Lovelace Biomedical Research Institute for the Assessment of Potential Treatments for Drug-induced Respiratory Depression and Overdose Toxicity. The ordering period for cost reimbursement plus fixed fee task orders will be from September 26, 2022 – September 25, 2027. The minimum order amount shall be $24,000 and the ceiling shall be $6,500,000 over the five-year ordering period.
