Analytical Chemistry and Stability Testing of Treatment Drugs for Substance Use Disorders

NOTICE OF AWARD. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PROPOSALS. Solicitation No. 75N95024R00045 for the “Analytical Chemistry and Stability Testing of Treatment Drugs for Substance Use Disorders” was published on February 26, 2024. This Request for Proposal was released under FULL AND OPEN Competition Procedures. On April 11, 2024, the solicitation closed, and The National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) received one (1) timely proposal. On August 1, 2024, in response to the requirements of Solicitation 75N95024R00045, the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) awarded Contract No. 75N95024C00021 to RTI International located at 3040 East Cornwallis Road, Research Triangle Park, NC 27709-2194. An award is being made on a Cost-Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) basis in the amount of $747,552.00 to fully fund the base period for this award. The purpose of this Research and Development (R&D) contract is to provide services for analytical chemistry and quality controls of drug substances and/or finished dosage forms in support of NIDA’s medication development programs. This contract includes the use of Option Periods and Options for Increased Quantity. The Ultimate Contract Value if all Options are exercised shall not exceed $9,572,705.63.
