What Works Clearinghouse - Preschool-to-Postsecondary Evidence Synthesis Task Orders (WWC-PESTO)

The purpose of this notification is to notify industry that this contract has been awarded as a multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with ABT Associates, INC. being awarded Task Order 1. The Task Order number is still pending. This notice will be updated upon receipt of the Task Order number. The period of performance for this BPA will consist of an ordering period of 60 months from 09/01/2021 through 08/31/2025. The value of each Task Order supporting the BPA shall not exceed $3.75 million. No prime contractor awarded the BPA will be eligible to be awarded Task Orders exceeding a ceiling of $7.5 million per contractor. Task Order 1 will be awarded to ABT Associates, INC. in the amount of $3,749,760. The BPA was also awarded to American Institute for Research (AIR) under BPA number 91990021A0004 , Mathematica under BPA number 91990021A0005 and SRI International under BPA number 91990021A0006. The BPA has been put in place to assist the Institute for Educational Sciences (IES) in conducting systematic reviews of research evidence and develop a series of What Works ClearinghouseTM ( WWC ) publications on various topics.
