RECOVERY - Photovoltaic System for the San Dimas Technology and Development Center This is a special notice to inform the public that the Forest Service intends to award a GSA order to an eligible GSA vendor with both Special Item Number 871 209 - Innovations in Energy AND 003 97 - Ancillary Repair and Alterations. The project is located at the San Dimas Technology and Development Center in San Dimas California. The work consists of the Design and Construction of a ground mounted, grid connected solar photovoltaic system as well as monitoring and reporting after the final installation.
