Notice of Intent to Negotiate a Sole Source Lease Acquisition of Real Property

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers intends to negotiate an operational lease with the Rector and Visitors of the University of Virginia, an agency of the Commonwealth of VA for approximately 168,000 square feet of Class A, multi-use, fully constructed and built-out finished building space, and approximately two (2) acres of paved parking to include all physical security enhancements required per current federal regulations. The purpose of the lease is to support the United States Army’s Judge Advocate General's Legal Center and School's mission-specific requirement for educational and other unique space.
