RFQ VA-247-09-RP-0182 for an Integrated Library System as advertised on or about 3/23/2009 to 4/17/2009 as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-a-side with a NAICS code of 519120 with the size standard of $7.0M has been cancelled in it's entirety without award. An award was not possible based on the proposals received under this set-aside. The requirement will be re-solicited as a Small Business set-aside under another solicitation number.
