The North America Industry Classification System Code [NAICS] is 5191310 Internet Publishing and Broadcasting Web Search Portals. Minneapolis VA Medical Center has a requirement for Renewal of maintenance support for existing STATREF online database. This is an exclusive Licensing Agreement. Teton Data System is the exclusive company offering this unique set of databases which interfaces with databases provided to the Minneapolis VA. As is customary in the commercial database industry, annual maintenance and updates are available only from the developer. There is only one source for the annual renewal since it is covered by an exclusive licensing agreement. All responsible sources may submit a response, which if timely received, will be considered by The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO23, Minneapolis, Minnesota.
