The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), intends to negotiate on a Sole Source Basis with Crowley Micrographics Inc., Frederick, MD for imaging equipment maintenance services for one year for the following items: fifteen (15) each units of Mekel 525GS, one (1) Extek Silver Duplicator and one (1) Extek Diazo Roll Duplicator for the ATF office located at 244 Needy Road in Martinsburg, WV 25405. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received from interested parties will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. There is no solicitation available for this requirement.
