The Veterans Administration Salt Lake City VA Center Research and Development Group intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Oxford University Press to provide services related to publication services in accordance with FAR part 8.405-6. In order to target the same audience to help slow the spread of infectious diseases the services of Oxford University Press is required. These services will consist of editorial and publication work necessary to produce a supplemental edition of the academic journal Clinical Infectious Disease. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement to the contracting office no later than Friday, July 3, 2020, 1600, EST.
