The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Healthcare Administration (VHA) Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC), is conducting market research through this sources sought notice to seek sources that can provide an existing commercial off the shelf web-based subscription to an online geographic information system (GIS) data and online mapping subscription which will be made available throughout the VHA. A draft Statement of Work has been attached for reference. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 519130. The small business size standard is 1,000 employees. The contracting office is contemplating a base year contract beginning on 6-25-2021, plus four possible one-year options. Pursuant to FAR Part 10, Market Research, the purpose of this notice is to: (1) determine if sources capable of satisfying the agency's requirements exists, (2) determine if commercial items suitable to meet the agency's needs are available or could be modified to meet the agency's requirements, and (3) determine the commercial practices of company's engaged in providing the needed service or supply.
