RFI-160TH Signal Brigade-Administration, IT Engineering and Logistical Support (AITEL) For Southwest Asia and Central Asia - W91RUS22R0057

This is a notice to Industry that the solicitation number for the AITEL contract in support of the 160th Signal Brigade has changed from W91RUS22R0057 (Old) to W91RUS23R0008 (New). All future business regarding AITEL will be conducted under W91RUS23R0008 and the solicitation module under Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment. The Acquisition Plan has been approved to solicit full and open using FAR Part 15 to award a single “C” type contract for a 12-month base period, four 12-month option years (52.217-9) and 6-month extension (52.217-8). The contract type will be CPFF for labor and cost for all other CLINs. This is a non-commercial acquisition and Certified Cost and Pricing Data will be required. Please refer to FAR 15.403 Obtaining Certified Cost and Pricing Data for additional pricing data requirements. Evaluation criteria will be Mission Support, Past Performance and Cost. Please be advised that this solicitation includes robust cost reporting and invoice support documentation requirements. We will utilize the PIEE/ solicitation module. The Government anticipates releasing the solicitation within the next 30 days. The next communication with Industry will be at least 15 days prior to solicitation in accordance with FAR 5.203 under the new solicitation number W91RUS23R0008.
