J065--Preventative Maintenance and repair of Medivators Endoscope Reprocessors - Philadelphia VAMC INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO4) intends to sole source a maintenance and repair contract for Medivator Reprocessors at the Philadelphia VA Medical Center. All work to be completed in accordance with the statement of work. This sole source contract will be solicited and negotiated with Medivators, Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 811219 and the Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard is $22.0 mil. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This is not a request for quotations. Responses must be received by 04/09/2020 by 9:00 am EST. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government to not compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government.
