J065--Full Service for Medivators Endoscope Reprocessors - Altoona VA Medical Center INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO4) intends to sole source a maintenance and repair contract for Medivators Reprocessors at the Altoona VA Medical Center. All work to be completed in accordance with the statement of work. This sole source contract will be solicited and negotiated with Medivators, Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 811219 and the Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard is $22.0 mil. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This is not a request for quotations. Responses must be received by 04/10/2020 by 9:00 am EST.
