J065--PM and Repair of Lab Automation Line Philadelphia VA Medical Center INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO4) intends to sole source a maintenance and repair contract for the Beckman Coulter lab automation line at the Philadelphia VA Medical Center. All work to be completed in accordance with the statement of work. This sole source contract will be solicited and negotiated with Beckman Coulter under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 811219 and the Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard is $22.0 mil. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This is not a request for quotations. Responses must be received by 04/20/2020 by 1:00 am EST. All information shall be provided at no cost or obligation to the Government. No solicitation will be made available. Information must be sent to the Contracting Officer - [email protected]. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government to not compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the contracting office will proceed with the sole source negotiations with Beckman Coulter.
