J065--Full-Service and Maintenance for Vision RT System - Corporal Michael J Crescenz VAM

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO4) intends to sole source a contract for full-service and maintenance of the government-owned Vision RT system, including the AlignRT, GateCT, and SafeID, which is located at the Corporal Michael J. Crescenz VA Medical Center, 3900 Woodland Ave. Philadelphia, PA 19104. All work is to be completed in accordance with statement of work (SOW) and schedule. This sole source contract will be solicited and negotiated with the OEM manufacturer/supplier Vision RT Inc., 580 Howard Ave STE A, Somerset, New Jersey 08873-1136, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 Single Source Justification. This is a Notification of Intent to Sole Source. This is not a solicitation, request for quote or request for Proposal. No solicitation will be made available. Network Contracting Office 4 is issuing this Notice of Intent to Sole Source in order to identify any potential sources that have the resources and capabilities to provide full-service and maintenance of the government-owned Vision RT system at Corporal Michael J Crescenz VA Medical Center. See the attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811219. The Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard is $22.0 Million. Interested vendors that can meet this requirement, shall identify their interest and capability, and respond to this notice via email by: 12:00 PM (EST) on 10/27/2021.
