INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE In accordance with FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirement. The Coatesville VA Medical Center intends to negotiate a Sole Source Award with Tech62 Inc. They are located at 5524 Beech Ridge Dr, Fairfax VA 22030. Tech62 Inc shall provide diagnostic medical physicist support or services. The supplies and services are unique and highly specialized; (FAR8.405-6 (a)(1)(i)(B)). In the interest of economy and efficiency the new work is a logical follow-on to an original Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) order and the original order was placed in accordance with the applicable FSS ordering procedures. The base plus 4 options requirement of diagnostic medical physics support or services at the Coatesville VA located at 1400 Blackhorse Rd, Coatesville, PA 19320. The NAICS code for this procurement is 811219. The size standard is $22.0 million. Interested parties that can meet the capabilities and requirements, may identify their interest, and submit quotations. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations. Interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements, must submit information about their capabilities no later than NOON EST, 11/8/2021.
