J065--Preventive Maintenance and Repair - Hill Rom Beds Philadelphia VA Medical Center

INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO4) intends to sole source a contract for the preventive maintenance on all Hill Rom Beds located for the Corporal Michael J. Crescenz VA Medical Center, 3900 Woodland Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19104. All work is to be completed in accordance with statement of work and schedule. This sole source contract will be solicited and negotiated with Hill Rom, Inc., 1069 State Rte 46 E., Batesville, IN 47006 under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 Single Source Justification. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811219. The Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard is $22 Million. Interested vendors that can meet this requirement, may identify their interest and capability, and respond to this notice by 08/26/2022 by 10:00 AM EST. Interested vendors must submit a capability statement to include company name, SAM Unique Identity ID, socioeconomic category, and brief description of your capability to handle this particular requirement at the Philadelphia VA Medical Center. No solicitation will be made available. This is not a request for quotations. All information shall be provided at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be sent via email to the Contracting Officer at [email protected]. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Contracting Department will proceed with the sole source negotiation with Hill Rom, Inc.
