Amended Sole-Source Justification - Sayari

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This contract action seeks to Increase the Level of Effort (ILOE) on an eisting CRM contract in support of a Division's section to add four additional Sayari licenses. The current contract is a base plus four option years and is currently in the fourth month of the base period. The modified contract will include licenses for two CRM sections sections. This is a notice of intent to increase the level of effort and award on a sole source basis, a Firm Fixed Price contract with a base plus four option periods pursuant to FAR Subpart 15.3 and FAR Subpart 6.302-1 to Sayari analytics. This is being solicited on a sole source basis due to Items being peculiar to one manufacturer. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations.
