Exportable Combat Capability (XCTC) Planning, Preparation, Exection, Post-Excerise, and Programmatic Support

This amendment is to extend the response date to 02/17/2010. THIS IS NOT A SOLICIATION IT IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES. The U.S. Department of Interior, Acquisition Services Directorate, Sierra Vista, AZ is seeking to identify sources capable of providing information technology (IT) and professional services in the form of instrumentation and battlefield immersion support for the conduct of eXportable Combat Training Capability (XCTC) Specifically, the contractor shall provide IT / instrumentation capability using the FlexTrain instrumentation suite, battlefield immersion in the form of Battlefield Effects (BFE), role players, civilians on the battlefield (COB), mobile After Action Review (AAR), post exercise analysis and reporting, and overall IT and integration support for these elements. The goal of the XCTC experience is to provide a highly realistic battlespace experience for training units as they prepare for mobilization in support with the Army Force Generation (ARFORGEN) Model.
