Occupational Health Service Provider (Clinic)

The purpose of this sources sought is to gain knowledge of potential service providers for Medical Surveillance Examination and Laboratory Services for the Tennessee Army National Guard. This notice is for planning purposes only. This will be a Firm Fixed Price, multiple award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a base year and 4 option years for multiple awards of up to 8 contract awards. Tennessee Army National Guard may issue a solicitation and award. All interested parties will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intention to submit a proposal no later than May 12 , 2020 at 10:00 AM central time .
