ATTENTION: Due to unforeseen substantial changes in the size and scope of the project, the government is cancelling this solicitation under FAR 15.207(e). It is the government's intention to resolicit this project under a new solicitation number, inclusive of the substantial changes in the size and scope of the requirement, within approximately thirty days. All proposals received under this solicitation will not count as proposals under the new solicitation, and those companies must resubmit according to the respective submital procedures.
