HDQMWR-21-R-0018 Positive Youth Development (CYP)

This solicitation will be solicited on a competitive basis and will be used to continue requirements to military service’s (Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Army National Guard, Army Reserve, and Coast Guard) Child and Youth Programs (CYP) in providing positive youth development through high quality educational and recreational programs for children and youth in their process of growing up and developing one’s capacities in positive ways.
