The Government requires warehouse space yielding a minimum of 5,000 ANSI/BOMA office area and 0 adjacent parking spaces. The space must be located on airport property , be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.
