V--Contractor provided and maintained helicopter services to support the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Mt. Tolman, Washington fire managment programs.

Solicitation 8007-20 provides for helicopter flight services, which are fully contractor operated and maintained. (a Hughes 500 is expected to fulfill the solicitation requirements) in support of the Bureau of Indian Affairs fire suppression programs at Mt. Tolman, Washington. The Helicopter will be based at Mt. Tolman June 30 through August 28 (60 calendar days). The contract period will be one year from date of award with a government unilateral option for up to three additional years. The Contractor shall possess a current Federal Aviation Administration, Air Carrier or Operating Certificate and be certified under 14 CFR, Part 133 Rotorcraft External Load Operations and Part 137, Agricultural Aircraft Operations. The anticipated issue date of the solicitation is March 5, 2007. It is a requirement that any successful awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) prior to award being made.
