The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire Education and Training Services, which include curriculum maintenance, curriculum development, instruction, and mobile training in the areas of Instructor Training to support the Chief of Naval Educational and Training, Officer Instructor Training School, Newport, RI. Services required will include the following: Automated Electronic Classroom, Task Based Curriculum Development, and Officer Instructor Training. It is intended that solicitation N00140-02-R-1855 will be set-aside for exclusive participation by Historically Black Colleges or Universities (HBCUs) and Minority Institutions (MIs). The resultant solicitation shall include a one-year base period of performance, and contain provision for four (4) additional, consecutive, twelve (12) month option periods. It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price contact will be awarded as a result of the solicitation. The closing date for receipt of proposals will be established in the RFP.
