Interested bidders must meet the following criteria to be eligible for consideration: Print a tabloid format newspaper on a daily basis, 363 days per year; Print both Full Process Color and Two Spot Color; Receive files electronically in a pdf format; Inserting capability; Newspaper ready for pick-up no later than 2330 hours CET; and have English speaking personnel.
