F -- Maintenance Activities on System Trails and Dispersed Wildlife Openings

Successful quoter under this solicitation shall provide any and all labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, transportation, and other incidentals (except as identified) necessary to accomplish maintenance activities on system trails and dispersed wildlife openings on an as-needed basis to the Ocoee/Hiwassee and Tellico/Hiwassee Ranger Districts, Cherokee National Forest, Tennessee in strict accordance with the specified terms, conditions and specifications. Site visit will be held on April 22, 2003 at 8:30 a.m. and will commence at the Ocoee/Hiwassee Ranger District Office, 3171 Highway 64, Benton, TN, 37307 (Ph: 423/338-5201). Contract will be awarded on an all-or-nothing basis on the quotation that represents the best value to the government, price and other factors considered. Contract will be made for one calendar base year with the possibility of one calendar option year. Tasks to be performed will be by individual task order placed against a requirements-type contract. Solicitation will be issued on April 10, 2003 and quotations will be due COB May 9, 2003.
