C -- Coastal and/or Riverine Flood Insurance Studies/Restudies Throughout Region IX

This is the second modification posted for the Presolicitation Announcement numbered EMF-2003-FS-RIX. The purpose of this modification is to make a clarification to the information provided in the first modification. Answer A3 of the first modification had indicated: "Block 8 of the SF 255 can be used to show project experience (see limitation for Block 8 as specified in the original synopsis). A listing of personnel can be shown in the organizational chart." Please note that the original synopsis did not contain any specific limitations for Block 8 and therefore the language "(see limitation for Block 8 as specified in the original synopsis)" should be disregarded.
