In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (the 'Act'), Public law 111-5, this notice is provided for INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. The Department of Interior, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), intends to issue a delivery order under established Architect & Engineer (A&E) IDIQ contracts awarded by the National Park Service (NPS) for architect and engineering services. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE INCUMBENT CONTRACTORS. The Incumbent Contractors names and contract numbers are: HDR Engineering, Inc., Contract #1443C2000 090100; Mactec Engineering & Consulting, Inc., Contract #1443C2000 091400; and The Louis Berger Group, Inc., Contract #1443C2000 091500. The original IDIQ contract awards were made on a competitive basis. The task order to be competed and issued against one of the aforementioned contracts is for architectural and engineering services for replacement of 1973 building HVAC systems in Mundt Federal Building located at the U.S. Geological Survey Earth Resources and Observation Science Science Center located in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Full or partial funding for the requirements to be completed by the contractor will utilize funds provided by the Act. Inclusion of the unique provisions required to implement the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency requirements, is required (ATN DM0067).
