Request for Quote # 66999: Senior Management Conference for Department of Health and Human Services This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. GovWorks is issuing this solicitation on behalf of the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS). The solicitation number is 66999 and is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The requirement is to acquire all supplies, materials and equipment necessary to hold a Senior Management Conference in support of the DHHS.
